电气控制技术实训室简介

电气控制技术实训室是电气自动化技术专业的综合实验实训室,主要配置了四台三合一组合式实验台。主要为“电器与控制”、“电机与拖动”、“电力电子技术”及“交直流调速控制系统”等课程进行实验实训教学,同时也可为机电一体化专业实践性教学提供实训。
实训实验台装置主要特点是:1、采用挂件式结构(每台25个挂件),可根据不同的实验内容进行自由组合,结构紧凑,使用方便灵活;2、布局合理,面板示意图明确、清晰、直观,学生可通过面板示意查找故障,分析工作原理;3、实验线路典型,配合教学内容,仿真度高,满足教学大纲要求;4、控制电路全部采用模拟和数字集成芯片,可靠性高,维修检测方便。 实训室目前可开设的实验实训项目共有42个 继电接触器控制实验、单三相变压器实验、交直流电动机各运动状态下的机械特性测定实验、电力电子器件特性实验、电力电子器件驱动电路实验、单三相整流及逆变电路实验、晶闸管特性及驱动保护电路实验、直流斩波电路实验、直流调速系统建模参数的测定、单双闭环直流调速系统等实验。

交直流调速实验(8个):晶闸管直流调速系统主要单元的调试、 单闭环不可逆直流调速系统实验、双闭环晶闸管不可逆直流调速系统实验、逻辑无环流可逆直流调速系统实验、双闭环控制的直流脉宽调速系统(H桥)、双闭环三相异步电机调压调速系统实验、双闭环三相异步电机串级调速系统实验、三相异步电动机变频调速系统实验
